CMS is hosting a call open to the public on Wednesday, October 5 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. ET to discuss in detail the provisions of the Emergency Preparedness Conditions of Participation/Conditions of Coverage Final Regulation, the enforcement/survey process, and opportunities for technical assistance. CMS is also soliciting questions in advance and the call will also include a Q&A session.
