The Region 7 Homeland Security Planning Board (R7HSPB) in conjunction with the Alpena, Otsego, and Grand Traverse County Offices of Emergency Management are hosting three deliveries of PER-211 Medical Management of CBRNE Incidents presented by instructors from Texas A & M Engineering Extension Services– National Emergency Response & Rescue Training Center.
