eICS Training Videos

Response and Recovery

eICS training videos are now available online through the Intermedix Training Portal. The most recent video that has been added to the eICS library is last weeks webinar on Response and Recovery. There are additional videos under the Planning section to assist in creating and building your IRG's. Additional videos will be added in the future.
 
To access the training portal, follow the steps listed below.

1. Go to: https://learning.intermedix.com
2. A user account must be created to access the training videos.
3. Is this your first time here?
   1. If no, log into the learning portal and proceed to step 4.
   2. If yes, select "Log in" - upper right corner
      1. Select "Create new account" in lower right corner
      2. Following the instructions to create a new account
      3. Proceed to step 4.
4. Starting at the Home page
   1. Scroll down to the Public Health & Healthcare category
   2. Select "Application Training (EMTrack, eICS, EMResource)
   3. Select the appropriate application (EMTrack, eICS or EMResource)
   4. Select the type of training you wish to view
   5. Select the training topic or session you wish to view.
