As you know, CMS recently issued the Emergency Preparedness Requirements for Medicare and Medicaid Participating Providers and Suppliers Final Rule. ASPR TRACIE is working closely with CMS to provide technical assistance and share resources and promising practices. We recently updated the CMS EP Rule: Resources at Your Fingertips document, which includes links to key resources, such as CMS' third round of frequently asked questions (FAQ) that synthesizes answers to commonly asked inquiries about the CMS EP Rule.
