Michigan Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment Training - Overview and Recent Changes

When: Tuesday, November 7, 2023

Who: The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems (LARA/BCHS) in conjunction with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), will host a Zoom Webinar for all providers and stakeholders to learn more about the Michigan Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment. Speakers will include representatives from Michigan Department of Health and Human Services MI-POST Advisory Committee. 

What: Please join us to learn about the MI-POST form, an optional 1-page, 2-sided medical order with a person’s wishes for care in crisis. MI-POST is a part of the advance care planning process that includes choices about cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), critical care, and other wanted care.
