The Preparedness Lunch and Learn series continues in October with more Chemical preparedness information. Topics will continue to build knowledge for emergency managers in hospitals and other healthcare facilities as well as coalitions, local health departments, tribes and others. BDLS 2022-2023 ver. 3.2.pdf Michigan State Police is sponsoring an 8-hour, DHS/DEMA certified, tuition-free, awareness-level course. The goal of this course is to teach participants the basics of mass fatality response while providing opportunities to exchange rural perceptions and brainstorm solutions to simulated emergencies. Please see the PDF below for more information. Registration must be completed by March 29, 2023. Coalitions are highly encouraged to attend this course.
