ICS 300 & 400 Training Available in Gaylord, MI | The MSP training division instructed courses at the Gaylord University Center are open for registration in MI-train. This may be your last opportunity in 2017 to receive ICS Training due to anticipated funding cutbacks and instructor availability.
Region 7 will be hosting a Smart Stat SIM Training at Frederic Fire and EMS on January 12, 2017 from 9 am - 1 pm. Participants will be provided with a complimentary lunch and operational training on both the SIM Mannequiun and accompanying software. This training will allow users to train others who may benefit from its use.
The DHS Office of Infrastructure Protection (IP) offers a wide array of training programs and resources, at no cost, to government and private sector partners. Web-based training, classroom courses, and associated training materials provide government officials and critical infrastructure owners and operators with the knowledge and skills needed to implement critical infrastructure security and resilience activities. This course brings together planning and management officials who are expected to identify and mitigate hazards, and who plan and manage disaster response and recovery efforts or have emergency management roles within their jurisdictions.
