MI Volunteer Registry Autumn Charge Exercise

The vendor-hosted MI Volunteer Registry Autumn Charge exercise is open to all Registry Administrators and will be held on January 25th and 26th, 2017. The exercise will begin with a welcome conference call scheduled for January 25th at 11:30 a.m. EST. The exercise formally begins at 1:00 p.m. and is expected to end on January 26th at 1:00 p.m. Players can expect intermittent exercise activity and are not expected to be available for the entire 24-hour period. ​

Registry administrators will be operating within the MI Volunteer Registry live site during the exercise at www.MIVolunteerRegistry.org. Technical assistance will be available via [email protected].  Volunteers will be contacted but will not be asked to physically deploy.
 
The exercise will be conducted primarily through the MI Volunteer Registry’s “Mission Manager” functionality. Registry administrators planning to participate in the exercise are encouraged to review the Mission Manager Navigation Tips, and other helpful resources found in the Registry Document Library under Training Resources (i.e. Mission Quick Reference Guide, Mission Tools, Volunteer Request Form). Prior to the exercise start, a Player Read Ahead Packet will be provided to Administrators via the MI Volunteer Registry.
